The BLC Approach relies on the Coaching Process, Principles, and Competencies developed by the University of Columbia – Teachers College. Within each of these core elements lies proven and trusted methods for breakthrough results.
By applying a collaborative approach to the process, the career coach and client explore, clarify, and create desired outcomes.
Consider some of these basic but meaningful questions:
What are my true talents and interests?
What are my professional goals? Short term. Long term.
What do I need to do to achieve growth?
How willing am I to change some behaviors? Develop new ones?
What strengths do I have that I might be underutilizing?
What are the challenges that need to be overcome?
